Simply place another order ensuring you use the same name and address (incase another member of your family placed the initial order) then when collecting please ensure you notify the member of staff you have multiple orders as our system won’t link the orders to become one.

When placing your order on the website you will have received a confirmation email on completion of the order which will state the collection date and time.

When placing the order a time slot will have been issued but if you can’t make it there’s no need to contact us unless you need to change the collection day of your order but please try to come within your time slot to prevent large queues and wait times.

For orders on 23rd and 24th December there will be a clearly signed collection point at the rear of the shop. Orders for the 22nd will be collected through the shop.

Yes, please see our festive opening hours but we do advise ordering in advance to avoid disappointment as we are unable to guarantee stock of all items due to the work load of all the orders we have. If there is any particular items you wish to order that are not featured in our brochure we advise buying them in advance and freezing at home in advance. Our butchers can advise you on storage and thawing to ensure the quality is just as good.
